The VWF 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 7 pm on January 19, 2023 at the VWF clubhouse at 5121 50th Street, Vegreville, Alberta.
"VWF Executive Elections" will be held at this meeting.
All executive positions are open for election except the "Past President" position.
The VWF would be happy to have any of our members interested in serving on the executive let their names stand for any of the positions in the election. Executive positions for election are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Director, Facilities Director, Programs / Publicity Director. "Chair" positions may also be open for election as determined by VWF executive.
You must be a member in "good standing" to hold an executive position.
Several of our current executive would like to retire so they are hoping there is a lot of interest from the membership. They would be happy to see their positions filled before stepping down.
